Legal Team
Tomi Rantasaari
CEO | Master of Laws, M.Sc. (Economics), LL.M.
Tomi has built a nearly 20-year career in energy law and public procurement law. He has served as a judge at the Market Court and as legal counsel for Caruna, Finland's largest electricity distribution company. Tomi has also provided legal support for Destia's energy business and participated in the construction contract of one of Finland's largest wind power projects. Before founding Skyline Legal, he served as General Counsel at Den Group.

Sonja Pätäri
Senior Associate | Master of Laws
Sonja has experience in environmental and energy law matters related to the energy, infrastructure and construction sectors, including environmental impact assessments, permitting processes, zoning matters and contract law. She assists clients throughout different stages of project development and planning as well as during administrative procedures and proceedings. Prior to joining Skyline Legal, Sonja worked at a leading Finnish law firm.

Mirka Sieppi
Associate Lawyer | Master of Laws
Mirka has experience advising energy and construction companies on corporate law matters, construction contracts and industry-specific standard terms and conditions. She assists clients in contract negotiations, contract drafting and related legal matters. Mirka is also responsible for cooperation with stakeholders in Northern Finland.

Stina Virkkala
Junior Legal Counsel | Bachelor of Laws
Stina has extensive experience with contracts in the energy and construction sectors and a strong understanding of industry-specific practices. She also has previous experience working as a legal assistant at Finnish Consulting Group. On study leave from September 1 to December 31, 2026.
Jimi Mahonen

Jimi supports various consulting and contract-related assignments and assists in dispute resolution matters. He is also responsible for monitoring developments in public policy discussions and energy policy.
Venla Pietsalo
Legal Trainee | Law Student.
Venla's responsibilities include legal research and preparation work for client assignments. She also contributes to Skyline Legal's blog content, background research and the monitoring of emerging trends in the energy and construction industries.

Saara assists with legal research and the preparation of client assignments. Her areas of interest include contract law and data protection. Saara actively follows legislative developments and regulatory changes.

Aleksia is responsible for Skyline Legal's marketing and brand development. Her responsibilities also include coordinating marketing campaigns, managing and developing the website and social media channels, and producing marketing materials.

Marketing Manager
Meri is a skilled social media professional responsible for short-form video production across Skyline Legal's channels and supporting a variety of marketing initiatives.

Joona is an energy sector expert and management consultant with diverse experience in corporate leadership, electricity transmission, and the development of renewable energy projects. He also has a background in demanding and international executive and project roles at Empower, AMSCO, and Onninen. Since 2023, Joona has been an entrepreneur at Envisor.
Saanamari Rosenberg
M.Sc. in Energy and Environmental Engineering

Saanamari is an experienced professional in the energy sector. Her core expertise includes EPC procurement, project and safety management, as well as warranty and claims handling. She has also led major wind and solar power projects. Before her current role as an entrepreneur at Envisor Oy, Saanamari held key positions at companies such as ABO Wind and Empower.
Olli Tuovinen
